Creating change, reducing fashion waste at the Renew Earth Sweat Shop

In May, TheHomeGround Asia sat in on an ideation workshop organised by independent cultural and social space Post-Museum, for their fashion sustainability programme titled the Renew Earth Sweat Shop. The programme encourages participants to reimagine the future of fashion, and change the way they view fashion waste. In the months since, participants have started on their projects, utilising what would otherwise become fashion scraps to create upcycled products. Ahead of the Renew Earth Sweat Shop exhibition to be held at Temasek Shophouse from 30 August to 30 September, TheHomeGround checks in on four participants to learn about their experience thus far, and how their projects have been progressing.
