Each year from 1 September to around the end of March, hundreds of dolphins are slaughtered in Taiji, Japan. Join us on Japan Dolphins Day 2013 for a gathering to celebrate dolphins and oppose the killing!
We will be screening the Oscar-winning film, The Cove (2009). Plus, bring your own t-shirt, bag etc to get silk-screened with a dolphin artwork by Mike Chang!
Silk-screening will start at 6pm and screening from 7pm. Bring your own dinner. Shoes-off venue. Pay-what-you-want.
Co-organised by Mi Casa Su Casa, an independent-run alternative art space nestled in the heart of Little India district in Singapore [http://www.facebook.com/micasasucasajia]
