The Courage Unfolds campaign and documentary highlight the issues faced by LGBT people in Asia and encourage the use of the Yogyakarta Principles as a tool to promote LGBT Human Rights. This session begins with a screening of the film, including unseen footage and a discussion about activism on a regional scale. In particular, we will examine how the Yogyakarta Principles are relevant to activism in Singapore, and how they can be used to address violence and discrimination against sexual minorities.
