SINGAPORE’S NEWEST CITYWIDE COURIER COMPANY IS HERE AND DELIVERING FOR FREE!

BPCOS – The Boxcopy Publics Carriage Office of Singapore, is a courier company staffed by artists from Boxcopy, a contemporary artist-run gallery located in Brisbane, Australia. Headquartered at Post-Museum, BPCOS are now calling for delivery requests from the public to be completed free of charge within their opening week of operation from 24 -31 of January 2011.

For one week, BPCOS will deliver.

BPCOS IS IN TRAINING!

BPCOS are determined to achieve an exhaustive knowledge of Singapore in preparation for our services to the people. Throughout December and January the BPCOS crew will be on the streets, navigating the city by foot, bicycle and public transport. In order to be groomed for the unpredictable range of delivery challenges that BPCOS anticipates, each of its couriers will be actively exploring the city plan, its landmarks, and its communities.

AND IN RETURN?

BPCOS is prepared to be challenged. As an unconventional courier company we encourage the unconventional delivery. In fact we seek it. Our only condition for completing a free delivery is that the delivery request tests both the knowledge we’ve accrued, and the limitations of our services. BPCOS will reward a creative delivery order with a free delivery.

CAN YOU HELP?

1. Strengthen our local knowledge and help us learn Singapore by recommending a site to visit, a person we should meet, or a journey we must make (email suggestions to bpcos@boxcopy.org).

2. Visit us at Post-Museum from 5-10pm weekdays, or follow our progress online at http://bpcosblog.tumblr.com

3. Order our services! Start thinking and get in touch with a delivery order. Orders can be placed in person at Post-Museum, online at http://bpcos.tumblr.com/services or by phone (mobile no. 93356219).
