RENEW EARTH SWEAT SHOP<\/em><\/strong> is a community and participatory art project reacting to the environmental impact and labour conditions linked to the global fashion industry.
 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Temasek Shophouse in collaboration with Post-Museum present the works of community eco sewers at the Temasek Shophouse. Now on till 31 October 2021

Visitors to the showcase can try their hand at weaving, using an industrial sewing machine, or participate in the community sorting house. 

Come on down to show your support and join the movement. Daily Patch-Workers Unite Workshops are free and open to the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Months of effort culminated in almost 200kg of fashion waste collected from swap shops, thrift stores and green movements around Singapore. 

These were repurposed and put to good use in imaginative upcycling projects, which will be free to view at Temasek Shophouse. Now till 31 Oct 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
